OCL Iron & Steel Limited

OISL is expanding its capacity at Rajgangpur by setting up an additional DRI Kilns, Coal Washery, Power Plant, Steel Melt Shop, Rolling Mills and associated Raw Material Handling System, Utility & Electricals. Connectivity to the state grid has been established for the export of excess power generated in the plant.

0.7 MTPA Greenfield Integrated Steel Project along with 0.3 MTPA Ductile Iron Spun Pipe Plant is also being planned at Kutnia.

	Establishment of pollution control/environment management measures / facilities.
	132 kV Substation and transmission line.
	New intake water system from River Shankh and deepening of inplant reservoir to meet water requirement.
	1 No. x 300 TPH Heavy Media Cyclone Coal Washery.
	2 Nos. x 500 TPD Coal based DRI Kilns alongwith WHR Boliers
	4 x 15 T Induction Furnace, 1 x 30 T LF, 1 x 3-Strand Billet Caster
	2 Nos. x 30 MW Turbogenerator alongwith 230 TPH CFBC Boiler.
	Steel making facility to produce special steels including stainless steel.
	Continuous Caster.
	Rolling mills.


Green-field project at Kutnia, District Sundargarh, Orissa

Further 158 Acres of land has been allocated for Greenfield Steel/Power/Ductile Iron Pipe project at Kutnia, Dist. Sundargah, Orissa. Additional 600 Acres of land will be acquired. The production facilities planned are: -
